The rooftop infinity pool was a standout for me, with its sweeping views over Kathmandu and the Himalayas. Hotel Mulberry is right in the heart of Thamel, but inside it feels peaceful. The rooms are modern, spotless, and well equipped, and the restaurant food was excellent. Staff were attentive and professional, and the welcome felt warm from the moment I arrived. A comfortable, luxurious place to stay amid the busy neighborhood.

Breakfast had a nice range of fresh food and was presented well. The location also worked really well, peaceful but close to Thamel and the main attractions. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, with a calm feel. Staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help. We had an excellent stay at Hotel Mulberry and found it good value. I’d recommend it to leisure and trekking travelers in Kathmandu.

Hotel Mulberry sits right in the middle of Thamel, so it’s easy to get out into the city, yet the hotel itself offers a quiet, relaxing break from the bustle. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, and the peaceful but lively atmosphere felt just right. From the first moment, I noticed the warmth, elegance, and genuine hospitality in the details. The service combined Nepali kindness with professionalism. It felt like more than a place to sleep, and made my time in Kathmandu even more special. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from, fresh juices, tea and coffee, plus eggs made to order with different toppings. The pool is spacious and lovely, and you can see the valley from it. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. Front office manager NIRAJ BHATTA was especially kind and talented at making guests happy. I thought the stay was excellent value and would recommend it.

I was traveling with a bicycle, and the team looked after my suitcases while I went exploring around Nepal. Even when my plans changed, communication over WhatsApp and email stayed smooth and efficient. Everyone was accommodating and helpful, which made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. I had an amazing stay at Hotel Mulberry in Kathmandu. The service and hospitality were second to none. Highly recommended!
