I visited Hotel Pala again in Oct 2024 and had another lovely stay. Mr. Krishna Duesdi and the rest of the staff were excellent, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and breakfast each morning was delicious. The location is convenient for getting into the city, and I'd love to come back. Thanks so much :-)

We came here for food today and left very disappointed. The staff's behavior felt aggressive, the service was ridiculous, and the food tasted very bad.

The staff have been very welcoming and have looked after me well during my three-week stay. The hotel sits on the quiet side of Thames, close to restaurants and cafes, and there's a great bar and restaurant in the lovely little garden out front. My room is comfortable and good value. It's a budget hotel, but the recent decoration has left it bright and cheerful.
