We were treated like thieves at checkout. While we were at reception settling the final bill, my father began loading our bags into the travel bus. A security guard grabbed his hand, took the luggage, and rudely said he couldn't leave until the bill was paid. There was no basic decency in how they handled it. The staff were very rude, and the food was pathetic and tasteless. They refused to sterilize a bottle for my infant daughter, showing no empathy for families. The pool also has a strict rule that only swimming costumes are allowed. We were all wearing dry-fit clothes, but the manager ordered us out and wouldn't give us even a minute despite our repeated requests. Extremely disappointing service at Hotel Sabrina. Avoid this place.

We had a relaxing stay at Hotel Sabrina on New Year's Eve, and came away with very good memories. It's close to Budhanilkantha, so the setting felt peaceful while still being easy to get to. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We also enjoyed the food and drinks, which were delicious and well prepared, in a lovely atmosphere. What made the stay stand out was the warm welcome: the staff were polite, attentive, and made us feel at home. I'd happily recommend it for comfortable rooms, good food, and friendly service.

I was traveling with two different groups, and everyone was comfortable throughout the stay. The whole team helped us feel at home and well cared for, and I recommend the hotel for future visits. Special thanks to Mr. Sameer Thapa, operations manager, Ms. Laxmi, front office associate, Ms. Smita RAWAT, manager, Mr. Sabin Rai, security, Ms. Binu and Ms. Nishu in housekeeping, Mr. Vipul, f&b associate, Mr. Shekhar, f&b captain, Mr. Upendra, F&b manager, and Ms. Sushma, F&b associate. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Their prompt service and friendly manner made the visit comfortable and memorable. I really appreciated their care and dedication.

The hotel is conveniently located, about 15 minutes from Boudhanilkantha Temple. What made the visit especially nice was how well the staff looked after us. Mr. Sameer Thapa, Smita, Nishchal, Aman, and Lakshmi were always ready to help, going out of their way with a smile whenever we needed something. The team was professional and made sure guests were comfortable. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kathmandu. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay!
