We stayed here a few nights ago in October 2025, and the filth made for a horrible experience. There were cockroaches everywhere, and while we were eating dinner, we saw a rat run across the dining room. When we found bed bugs, we checked out in the middle of the night. The manager tried to charge us for the room and wouldn’t apologize. After several minutes of arguing, he finally waived the room cost. The one good part was the kind security guard, who helped carry our bags out and apologized for what had happened. I’ve included photos of the bed bugs we found.

The rooms, food, and sanitation were all very good, and staying here was one of my best hotel experiences. I’d recommend giving it a visit. Thanks.

The other staff were very good and cooperative, especially Mr. Suvin (Room Service) and Mr. Mukund Waghle (Hotel Guard), who both took great care of us. I’m giving one star because of the male receptionist Mr. BISHAL GIRI’s behavior. Our booking included breakfast, but we were charged extra for it. When we checked the daily food bills, we noticed items we hadn’t ordered, and the bills weren’t properly prepared because they had no dates. On 21 February 2026, I complained to Mr. BISHAL GIRI about this. He got angry and behaved extremely badly in front of my guests. That sort of conduct doesn’t suit a hotel receptionist or help the hotel’s reputation.

My family and I stayed here a few days ago, and everyone liked the hotel a lot. It was neat and clean, and the staff were very helpful and provided good service. Special thanks to the management team for the warm welcome and service.

The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the other facilities were good too. Kashi ji, sager ji, and the rest of the staff made the place feel friendly.
