Hotel Thrive, A Tropical Courtyard

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Because of my health, I asked for a meal that wasn’t on the menu, and they prepared it especially for me with care. It was fresh, healthy, and delicious. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far.

We’ve been back to this hotel thrive three times, and each visit feels special. For a birthday celebration, we had a lovely garden view, delicious food, and very professional service. A special thanks to sanu Dai for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend it.

I visited this hotel this morning to see friends from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, and they were happy with their choice. From what they told me and what I saw, the gardens and greenery are well maintained. I was concerned about parking, but it was manageable inside the hotel grounds. If you’re going, zoom out on your map to find the exact route and location.

On both of my visits to Nepal, I chose this hotel, and the excellent service during my first stay was the main reason I returned. The property is clean and organized throughout, with well-kept facilities, good food, and a peaceful, green setting that feels almost jungle-like. The ambiance is five-star-like, and the staff are generally polite, courteous, and helpful. It’s a comfortable place to relax and enjoy nature. During my recent stay, though, the personal attention I’d experienced before wasn’t there, and I didn’t see Prabas working at the hotel. His service had made a lasting impression, so I’d even brought a small gift for him. Because of the circumstances, I wasn’t able to give it to him, which disappointed me personally. I’d suggest the management make a point of retaining dedicated, experienced, guest-oriented people like Prabas. They help guests feel valued and build long-term trust and loyalty. New people may keep visiting, but if service quality declines, fewer guests may return and become loyal. This is an excellent option if you value peace, natural beauty, and comfort. With consistent service and staff retention, the hotel has real potential to keep improving guest satisfaction.
