We came back for a second stay and had another fantastic visit. A lot of the staff remembered us from ten months ago, which was lovely. At the Christmas Eve buffet, the turkey reminded me of home; I also loved the spaghetti bolognese, Thai satays, and curry, with plenty of international and local choices. The room and service were great too. I'd highly recommend it for attentive, quality service.

Four days into our week-long stay, I still haven't found anything negative. The staff have been excellent and the food is amazing. I plan to tell my friends to stay here and enjoy Nepalese hospitality. Thanks for looking after us, lemontree family, and good luck.

The breakfast staff were lovely and attentive, but the shower situation after our long journey was a real letdown. We'd been in transit for 15 hours and had asked about hot showers. The hot water wasn't on when we arrived, and even after the night manager turned it on, it never reached our room. The shower itself also wouldn't work unless I kept holding down the button that switches between the tap and shower. We were grateful to get a room so late, but after that trip I really needed a hot shower.

We had a great view of the city at night, and the food was delicious with lots of variety. The room was tidy and clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay. A really good experience.

The rooftop view was amazing, and we really enjoyed the food. We had a great experience with the hospitality here. Highly recommend it for families who love good food.
