The airport is practically within walking distance, which is the hotel's one real advantage. Everything else was poor. The room was noisy and offered no privacy, and its size and quality didn't justify the high rate. The restaurant was closed at lunchtime, there was no lift, and the staircase was dirty. The washroom was the smallest I've seen in a hotel, with broken taps, a faulty cistern, and a loose toilet seat. I reported it to the front desk, but nobody came. The AC ran but couldn't keep the room warm. I ended up finding another hotel, paying for the full day, and moving there. The management was very unprofessional.

The staff were nice, but service was very slow. I had booked breakfast included and never got it, just tea and bread, which was quite shocking. The rooms are too small, the bathrooms extremely narrow, and the price too high. The location is convenient for the airport and bus stop, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless nothing else is available.

More like a homestay dressed up as a hotel. The room was small, without a wardrobe or mirror, and the bathroom was about 2x3, so I could barely move or wash comfortably. It was clean enough not to smell, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is just outside the airport and walkable if you're not carrying much luggage.

We had a good stay, with excellent food and superb staff. One staff member was especially accommodating and helpful, and told us about Kathmandu's neighborhoods and culture. I didn't catch his name, but he seemed to work at the front desk and carried our luggage to the room. Thanks to everyone for making the stay such an exciting experience.
