Mystic Homes Hotel and Apartments

The branding looked good, but the stay itself was one of my worst experiences. When I called to ask, I was told rooms were available. Once I arrived, painting was underway and the strong paint smell filled the property, leaving me with no real room to choose from, even though they were promoting their MANSON OFFER. A staff member apologized and said they'd upgrade me at the same price to a better room. I hoped that would help, but although the room was upgraded, I couldn't use the AC without paying 500 extra for a remote. The TV had no proper connection, basic toiletries were missing, and I had to ask for a bucket because there were no jets. The shower leaked everywhere, the toilet seat was broken, and it was the worst bathroom I've seen. I later asked for a multiplug to run the TV, only to find it was malfunctioning too. After a few hours, I saw 🪳 running around. The blanket cover was old and had a broken chain. In the morning, there was no water from the tap, and I had to call five times before it was fixed. The staff weren't professional. They hadn't checked the room before handing over the keys, and when I raised the problems, one simply said he wasn't on that shift and didn't know anything. A good brand won't help if the service can't meet expectations. I hope they improve so other guests don't have to go through what I did.
