The owner was friendly and cooperative, and the staff and chefs seemed well trained. Service was prompt, the seating was comfortable, and I liked the interior. It’s near the airport, and I especially enjoyed the food and bar. We tried chilly potato, chicken wings, and momos. Highly recommended.

The service was polite and respectful. It’s a budget hotel that seems fair for the price, though there are very few breakfast choices. The food was much too spicy for me and could be improved.

I spent two nights here, and the stay felt like hell. There was no hot water or way to contact reception from the room. The room was unfurnished and extremely cramped, and the staff were very rude. The worst hotel I’ve seen in Kathmandu valley.

My room was next to reception, and there was no telephone to call the restaurant or mineral water in the room. Maybe that was because the rooms were cheap. Still, it was a manageable stay overall. It’s close to the airport, and while the room was small and the bathroom a little cramped, it was good.

The hot water and a bottle of water were both missing from the room. Breakfast was free, but not good, with only black tea available. Most of the staff weren’t good, though one person was an exception. Not bad overall.
