The rooms and toilets were dirty, and the linens looked like they’d been taken from a beggar on the road. The management was awful, and the staff seemed so unprofessional that I saw them nearly scold some Indian guests. On top of that, the location shown here is completely wrong, and finding the place was a nightmare. Don’t be fooled by the OYO tag. This was my worst hotel stay.

After a long bus ride, tired and dealing with a rush hour taxi tiki tour, I handed over the money before seeing the room. Finding the hotel had already been difficult, and I blame that bad call on how exhausted I was. We’d booked two nights but left early the next morning. The plumbing was lousy, the furniture was worn out, and the rooms smelled of sewage and stale cigarettes. The bathrooms were filthy, and there was a used sanitary napkin where the toilet roll should have been. The receptionist wasn’t welcoming, and the owner seemed more interested in smoking and playing games on his mobile than running the hotel. A sixteen year old was left to handle everything else, and he tried his best.

Nepal airlines cancelled, so they offered us a stay at KALPA BRIKSHYA. The staff gave us great hospitality and were very focused on customer service. Mr. Mukesh rawal especially helped me, and I’m grateful. Great experience, keep it up. The hotel staff should have uniforms, though.

There was dust everywhere, and the room hadn’t been cleaned. No AC, TV, service, towel, or soap in the room. This didn’t meet OYO standards.

It’s close to my home and seems best suited to Indian tourists or general company meetings. The road is narrow, and the linking road isn’t very clean.
