The location is still the guesthouse's main strength, but the place has become poorly kept. It used to be a really good budget inn. Management said a full renovation is coming soon, and I hope they mean it.

We found the place pretty welcoming, and when one room didn't suit us, they let us switch. The shower took ages to warm up and was only lukewarm, but that was manageable. It's cheaper than alobar and much more laid-back.

The place is smoky and dirty, but it's close to the buses going to other cities. If you're on your own and just need a cheap, basic room for one night before traveling on, it's okay. You can also exchange money here, and the owner offers a better rate than in town ;)
