The people made the biggest impression on me. Under General Manager Neeraj Lumb, the hotel felt both well run and genuinely warm. That care showed in the smooth service and in how the whole team treated guests. There’s real professionalism and pride in their work. I also loved the food. Executive Chef Karma Sonam brings together bold flavors, thoughtful presentation, and respect for the ingredients. Each dish felt carefully put together, with a clear creative vision behind it. The setting at the foothills of Budhanilkantha is peaceful and feels like a retreat. Rooms are roomy, very well kept, and balance modern comfort with understated luxury. From arrival, the property has a calm, polished feel. Whether you’re there for work, a break, or some quiet away from the city, Royal Tulip Hotel Budhanilkantha delivers. For me, it was an experience shaped by the leadership, food, and hospitality. I’d gladly return, and highly recommend it.
