The chocolate brownie with its custom “Safe Flight” message was such a thoughtful surprise. The buffet was tasty, with a good range of dishes, and the chefs deserve compliments. At Holiday Inn Express Naxal, Kathmandu, the rooms were clean, the location was good, and the service was very friendly. Thanks to Manisa, Pujan, and Prabash at breakfast for their warm hospitality, and to Restaurant Manager Bikram for his professionalism. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal made for a comfortable, convenient stay, and I’d happily return on my next trip to Nepal. It’s in peaceful Naxal, near attractions, embassies, and business centers, with Thamel and other popular places a short drive away. The modern room was clean and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed and pillows. I also appreciated the roomy bathroom, thoughtful tea and coffee maker, well-designed workspace, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was complimentary, fresh, and well prepared, with a good selection of local and international food. The dining area was clean and organized, and staff were ready to help. From check-in to check-out, service was smooth and efficient. The team was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Sagar, Manisha, and Asim showed great hospitality. The hotel offers modern comfort and good value for money.

Manisha’s friendly smile and thoughtful suggestions meant a lot to us. Apurva helped us feel connected as travelers from around the world, while Parvesh and Pujan were attentive, upbeat, and welcoming. The restaurant team are some of the warmest, most genuine people we’ve met in Nepal. They cared about us, offered useful tips for visiting the area, and shared insight into local culture. Their kindness and hospitality have us looking forward to returning. Thank you all for such thoughtful care, and all the best!
