After the tiring drive from Pokhara, The Everest Hotel was just what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. Breakfast had a great spread of dishes, and everything tasted amazing. A perfect way to fuel up for the day.

For a five-star hotel, it felt pretty average. Service was good, but breakfast was below average and I could hear noise from the room next door.

The rooftop bar has a lovely atmosphere and views stretching across Kathmandu. Go during happy hour for cocktails. The restaurant food was superb, and the club sandwich came as a huge portion with fries. The rooms looked nice and were clean, and the hotel’s close to the airport. A great place overall.

The food was fresh and delicious across the Pan Asian, Indian, and Nepali restaurants. At dinner, Radhika and Manita gave us especially thoughtful personal attention and care. The staff are generous and caring in general. It’s an older five-star hotel, but it’s been well maintained in every respect. The location is convenient for both Kathmandu International Airport and Pashupatinath Temple. Best wishes to the team, and keep up the good work.

Since the earthquake renovation, the service hasn’t been what it used to be. The staff no longer seem as humble, and the parking guards are rude. When I call, they don’t respond positively and instead ask me to come to the hotel for bookings. They should understand that a business needs customers.
