What made our stay at Traditional Comfort Hotel in Nepal feel like home was the lovely staff. They were always ready to help, warm, and polite. Luiza deserves a special mention for being so caring and kind. She and my daughter formed a lovely bond, and her positive attitude made the visit even more memorable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and genuine hospitality.

My favorite detail was the coffee. Every latte was made with an espresso machine and topped with beautiful latte art, and breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The rooftop bar has lovely panoramic city views, with cocktails and mocktails available. The rooms and shared spaces were beautiful too. A couple of small things: the shower tends to flood a bit, and the beds feel short if you’re over six feet tall. Those wouldn’t stop my husband and me from booking again. Highly recommend for a great stay near Thamel.

It’s a nice boutique hotel on a quiet side street, with spacious, clean rooms. We really enjoyed the food, especially the very good breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant. The rooftop bar and dining were also very good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend, and I’d like to stay again.

There’s a rooftop restaurant with good food, and the rooms are spacious in a beautiful hotel. It’s away from the main tourist areas, though, and quite expensive compared with similar hotels in Katmandu.
