We were in Kathmandu for an extended stay because of family, which was a first for us after many trips to Nepal. At Nova Nook Hotel, we felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time. The staff were kind, attentive, and available 24/7, and the food was very good. Our room was bright, exceptionally spacious, and well maintained. It was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and air conditioning, which really makes a difference in Kathmandu. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. I'd highly recommend this as a reliable, welcoming place.

The staff were so kind when I got a headache late at night. They brought me medicine and woke the chef so I could eat before taking it. That care and attention really made the hotel stand out. My New Year's Eve stay with friends was excellent, with wonderful hospitality and outstanding food. Highly recommended!

A great base for Bouddha, and about a 15min drive from Airport. The staff were kind and very helpful. Rooms and all the amenities were clean, provided to the hotel's standards, and there was hot water 24/7. I'd recommend it, 10/10.

We had a great two-night stay at Nova Nook Hotel. The young staff were polite and very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It had all the essentials, including shower gel, shampoo, a tea set with kettle, drinking water, and hot water for the shower. Highly recommended.

After a long international trip, this was a perfect place to land. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were accommodating and charming. I could only stay one night this time, but I'd love to come back for longer. Thanks, Hotel Nova Nook!
