The people were wonderful, supportive, and made me feel like family. When I needed emergency medicine late at night, the hotel boss managed to bring it to me in just 15 minutes. They really care about their guests. The hotel and its surroundings are very clean and nicely built, and the food is very good quality without being too expensive. I was surprised to find such a good place, and I’ll surely come back :)

The clean-smelling bedsheets and nice staff were positives, but we stayed on the ground floor and the rooms smelled moldy. There were lots of mosquitos, and the windows had no screens to keep them out. I won’t stay there again.

The rooms were cramped, and the bathroom window wouldn’t close. There was no air conditioning, and I couldn’t get a sound sleep because staff or guests were noisy, I’m not quite sure which. I asked for a standing fan and they wouldn’t provide one. Totally not worth the money, and the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

The staff’s disrespectful behavior and the complete lack of service at Hotel Siraaj in Patan Lalitpur made for an appalling stay. I can’t recommend it to anyone, and I strongly advise against staying there. I left with a lasting impression of a place that lacked both hospitality and professionalism.
