The staff are what really make this place stand out. Every team member was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and beautifully maintained. The location in Kathmandu is convenient and accessible, whether you’re here for work or leisure. There’s also an in-house restaurant with delicious food, which makes it easy to stay in and relax. Great rates, excellent service, and a premium experience. I’d absolutely recommend it.

I’ve been staying here comfortably for about three months. It’s clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and a quiet area where noisy motorcycles from outside don’t bother you. Even when the power goes out, the generator keeps running, so it hasn’t been inconvenient.

Sarita made a huge difference when I had an urgent blazer problem an hour before an important event. She personally arranged for a tailor to fix it in record time, and her proactive help left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived at Sarovar Residency Kathmandu, the staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was excellent hospitality and thoughtful service from a team that really cares about its guests. Highly recommended. I’d definitely stay here again.

After six weeks here, I was very happy with the stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a longer visit, and it really felt like home. The host was amazing, always quick to respond and so helpful. Everything went smoothly. I’d gladly return and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for good accommodation and service.

We spent a wonderful week at Sarovar Residency. It felt safe, warm, and welcoming, with lots of happy people around. The manager was a wonderful person who made sure our stay was comfortable, joyful, and stress-free. The property was clean and well maintained. Security, housekeeping, and technical staff were all polite, professional, and kind, and took care with cleaning, maintenance, and decoration. We highly recommend Sarovar Residency.
