Grand Hotel begnas was better than I expected. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. It was well placed for exploring nature. The cozy feel, good dining options, and being close to boating on begnas lake made it a great destination for nature lovers.

The room felt a bit old-fashioned, but the bed was the real issue, completely dirty and covered in stains. I'm still giving three stars because the staff were really friendly and the food was acceptable. I stayed one night.

The staff were very warm, and they let us check in late in the evening even though we hadn't given advance notice. It's a big, quiet hotel with good WiFi, hot water, and a good location near the lake. The varied Nepali food was fine.

The front room especially has a nice view, and the rooms are big and clean. The lake is about a minute from the hotel, and vehicle service is available. Staff were understanding, food at grand was the best, and the service and management were good. A nice place for all kinds of tourists.
