Alfanzoo Resort

We got to the room and found it dirty and full of vomit. The service was awful. They kept saying “15 minutes” and made us wait for two hours, which left us frustrated because we had plans after reaching the hotel and couldn’t do anything. The management was bad. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel based on this experience.

The ambience is nice, but I didn’t like the place and don’t think it’s worth it. They only gave us a room and food, and the food had no salt.

We were welcomed with attentive, friendly staff from the moment we arrived, and the whole resort had a calming feel. It’s set among nature, with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the food was fresh, delicious, and varied. We especially enjoyed unwinding by the pool and at the spa. There were lots of activities and entertainment too, suitable for couples and families. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was awful. The cheap price isn’t worth the service, and the resort is far from the city, so getting a cab takes time and money. A window in our room wouldn’t close properly. We told the front desk, but they didn’t fix it until late at night, so we gave up and used towels to block the gap. Breakfast was very cold, and we saw staff discussing a guest’s complaints about the food. The staff and managers were unprofessional and rude. We missed our jeep to Gandruk because they were busy dropping off another guest, and had to pay 1k instead of the original 600 rs. Later, we were accused of taking a beer that was missing, though it was eventually found in the fridge. The woman at the front desk didn’t apologize and said it was okay, as if we’d been forgiven for something we hadn’t done. I’d strongly recommend spending your time and money somewhere else.
