Hotel Lotus Grand

I came for the rooftop restaurant and can recommend the Indian thali set. There was a lot of food, and it was delicious. Good service and helpful staff too.

Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty, and the rooms are well equipped with nice bathrooms. Lotus Grand Hotel is clean, centrally located, and has really nice staff who cater to your needs. The service was very good. I'd definitely stay again.

Soft beds, very clean, and close to the main strip. Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

For a week, I had to take cold showers despite the weather being around 7°C. The price was very high for this 3-star hotel in Kathmandu, and the amenities didn't match the cost. Fresh towels were also often unavailable because of laundry delays, so I reused the same one for three days. The friendly, helpful staff and the five-star service, location, and room couldn't make up for how disappointing and unacceptable these basic issues were. Hot water should be a given at that price. I hope management fixes this, but until then, be prepared for cold showers and limited towels. Thank you.
