Dinner was a mess: only one meal arrived at first, and mine showed up after my travel partner had finished, even though I asked several times where it was. Breakfast was poor too, mostly stale, rock-hard bread and pastries. The worst part, though, was the water. After arriving late from two long international flights, I found the shower pressure was very weak and there was no hot water at all. I tried again in the morning and could only manage a very quick, freezing shower. At reception, when I reported it, the woman giggled and said, "yes we know". Everyone else was having the same problem. We hoped it would be fixed while we were out all day, but that night there was still no hot water. Reception said it would be fixed tomorrow, but we were leaving then. There were so many other problems I can't list them all. We also ordered ice for the room, had to call again because they'd forgotten, and then they charged us for it. Terrible hotel, definitely don't recommend.

Shopping is just a short walk away, and the location worked perfectly for us. Our room was roomy, clean, and nicely equipped, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic, comfortable stay. I'd give it more than five stars if I could, and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was horrible, the service was dreadful, and at checkout they tried to charge me for somebody else's bill. I stayed twice. On the first visit, for two days, there was no hot water. The next time they assured us every room had it, but in our group of 20 only half did. I'd give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place.

They gave me just one key card, and when I lost it, they demanded Rs. 500 on the spot before letting me into my room. I've stayed at many hotels and never seen that kind of disrespectful treatment or a charge like this for a lost card. The room felt like it should cost Rs. 500, yet the hotel was more expensive. Please don't stay here.

The staff were the best part of my stay. I was looking for a relative in the city, and they eagerly spent nearly an hour helping me find him. The place was very clean, with comfortable beds and a clean washroom. It's set back from the main road, so it was quiet, and the roof view was superb. I was very pleased and would absolutely recommend the hotel. I'll stay again.
