We only stopped in for lunch, and the food was sooo delicious 😋 The chicken momo and chowmein were really nice. Come visit them here! :)

We had a pleasant stay of 2 days and one night in Sarangkot. The hotel is close to the sunrise view point and affordable for the location, with friendly people. It’s right in front of the cable car to Lakeside and a five-minute walk from the sunrise view point. If you want hot water, let them know a few minutes ahead. We’d definitely stay again if we visit the Sarangkot area.

We stopped for a quick snack and had ice cream and steamed chicken Momo. The place is just across the road from the sky cycle on Sarangkot hill.

The rooms are simple but nice, and still new. Staff are friendly, and the food is what you’d normally get from a Nepali kitchen. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the view tower at Sarangkot, making it a good place for a night or two. Hot water comes from solar heating, so it takes a few minutes to reach the faucet, which is normal for solar-heated water. Would I recommend it or come back? A absolutely!

A comfortable, very nice place near the viewpoint. The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything. I’d recommend staying here in Sarangkot.
