The place is a little dated and doesn’t have much in the way of high-tech features, but the welcome and service were lovely. My cousin and I arrived at 6am, well before the 12pm check-in, and woke the owner. She greeted us with a big, cheerful smile. A good budget option if you need somewhere to stay. Didi, you are so dear..❤️

We meant to stay for one night and ended up spending seven. Even after visiting another city, we came back, mostly because the receptionist was so sweet and always helped us with a charming smile. Her kindness and warm vibe made the place feel like home, and that’s why we spent more than half our time in Nepal here. The building isn’t especially attractive, and it’s a little way from the lakeside, but backpackers will love the welcome.

We had a good stay here with four kids. It’s about 10 minutes from the lakeside, and the rooms have the basic facilities you need. Good value for a budget traveler.

The room was decent for the price, and having hot water was a nice plus. The TV listed among the amenities didn’t work, but Sonam at reception was so kind and cooperative that I’m still giving five stars. When I couldn’t use the TV, she even lent me her own speaker. I really appreciated how helpful and professional she was. I’d recommend Hotel Nana recognize her effort and consider giving her a managerial or otherwise more responsible role. She deserves it.

We were surprised by how clean and well kept the room was for such an affordable rate. The location is handy, with several attractions nearby, and Radhika at reception is always ready to help with a smile. We’d definitely recommend the hotel.
