OYO 151 Hotel Snowland

The rooms and food were decent for the area, but ordering separately felt expensive. A beer was NPR 900 here, while the same drink was about 500-600 in the bazar/market area just a five-minute walk away. Even Kokhe Danda, a remote trekking area with no vehicle access, charges around 600-700, so the difference felt pretty big. Package rates may be reasonable. Customer service was disappointing too. When we raised our concerns, the staff were rude and said they didn’t care about referrals. #badexperience

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the problems are fixed. The night staff were discourteous and struggled to answer a basic question, and customer service overall was very poor. Despite repeated complaints, nobody tried to sort out the badly working AC. The bathroom flush also didn't work properly, and the rooms weren't managed well. The hotel advertises furnished rooms, air-conditioning, and hot water available around the clock, but my experience didn't match that. They need to train staff and maintain the AC and bathroom fixtures better. Zero stars for hospitality and customer service.

Our driver rajin sk was the best part of our two days here. He showed us around Pokhara and made the visit better. The rest of the staff were very friendly too, and we loved our stay. Five stars from us because of him. We’ll be back soon.

Such a bad stay in Pokhara. The food wasn't served well, service took ages, and the staff didn't know how to speak politely. Our room wasn't cleaned or prepared properly, and the toilet flush was broken. Worst experience in Pokhara. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay here.
