Every visit to Pokhara means another stay at Hotel Goa Palace, and it feels special each time. I always wonder which dreamy room I'll get because each one has its own design and vibe. The food is amazing, service is top-notch, and the staff are super friendly. It’s comfortable and peaceful, and I leave with good memories every time.

We found cockroaches as soon as we entered the room, and there were some in the hallways as well. That's unacceptable in any accommodation. They offered us other rooms, but those were in very poor shape too: dirty sheets, unclean bathrooms, and unsanitary toilets. The hygiene was below even basic standards. I'm extremely disappointed with the stay and expect a full refund and a formal apology. The hotel should take immediate steps on cleaning and pest control before putting future guests in these conditions.
