I’m here with my family right now, and the service has been extremely poor. They say there’s hot water, but once you’re staying here you’re forced to shower in freezing cold water. There’s no room heater either. A cup of tea costs more than outside, and they bring it whenever they feel like it, not when you ask. If you have a Pokhra tour planned, don’t expect bed tea before 9am, when they’ve had their rest and the morning starts here. The food is garbage, and once it’s served they won’t ask if you want anything else, though they charge more than a 3/4 star restaurant for it. If you still stay here, eat your meals at a restaurant. Best of luck, hope you survive.

They charged us 25k INR for poor facilities and service, and our whole family trip was spoiled. The manager told me the guest house was newly built and we were its first guests, although I saw construction going on there too. So how could the good old reviews on other traveling websites be possible? They claim to have everything, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the bathrooms were dirty, and there was no AC or room heater for a winter visit. They couldn’t provide any facilities or even good food. Don’t trust those traveling websites.

At checkout, the person at the desk behaved very badly toward us, and the owner’s son lacks basic manners with customers. The rooms were totally unhygienic, the charging ports didn’t work, and the price wasn’t reasonable. There are many better places near pokhra. Don’t book this guest house and spoil your tour.

In my experience in pokhra, this hotel doesn’t deserve even 0 stars. Look for somewhere better. If there’s no room anywhere else, sleep on a lakeside bench instead of booking this hotel 😒

Cheap is cheap! For rb1200 per night, the room and people are pretty good. But there’s a karaoke restaurant opposite the hotel, and it’s really noisy all night.
