We had a great three-day stay, and the staff member looking after us was cooperative and polite. The location was excellent, with a view over all of Fewa Lake. The one issue was being charged an extra service fee without getting any extra services 🤷🏻.

The rooftop view is worth the stay, and the price is really cheap. The owner is a really nice woman with two sweet children. The rooms are great too, with hot showers heated by solar panels, though the water isn't hot early in the morning. Such a lovely place with a great view. I recommend it!

We stayed three nights, and it was the worst hotel experience I've had. The room was dim because one light didn't work, and the toilet was very narrow. On the last day, they charged us an extra 1000 Nrs when we asked for fresh bedsheets, saying it was the laundry charge. That's almost the same as the room price.

The only thing that worked was the WI-FI. I stayed one night, and the room was very dirty. The TV didn't work, the door lock was broken, and the bathroom water supply pipe was broken too. There was no hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, or oil. The hotel manager also charged extra for booking a taxi and a one-day tourist bus. Very bad experience.

It's almost 3:00 Am and people are singing from their hotel's balcony. The noise management is horrible, with zero consideration for guests or neighbors.
