Hotel Blossom

There’s a laundry shop next door, which was handy after our trek, and a Korean restaurant across the street that we liked too. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with a cafe and manicure spa on site. Staff were helpful, though they were so busy with customers that we sometimes had to wait. Still, I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed four nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are comfortable and good value, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. I first came because of the cafe, then found the rooms were marvellous too. The only issue was that the washroom drain was a bit slow. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The food on the patio was delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Camellia caffee is a lovely little place created by Hye and her husband. I’m not sure how this is called a 2-star hotel, it feels like a small boutique hotel. The service was kind everywhere, from Reception and Restaurant to HSK, and Babita and the girls were fantastic. I come back every year for a relaxing oasis after trekking. Highly recommend.

Nisha Gurung was especially helpful when I was rushing out in the morning to catch my bus. She put together a lovely quick breakfast and even called the bus service to check its departure time. The room was clean and tidy, almost like new, and everyone at the hotel and café was very professional. When I dropped my knife, she noticed straight away and brought me another one. A really great stay.
