I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Pokhara. The owners were outstanding, sincere, polite, friendly, understanding, and accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The reasonable tour options they arrange meant I didn't need to look elsewhere. Staff speak English, Nepali, and Hindi, so it's a good fit for visitors from all over. Prices are very reasonable for the value, and the in-house restaurant is good. Rooms look new, are super clean, and have plenty of amenities. Some have nice balconies and great hill views. Set off the main road, the hotel is quieter, with several restaurants and shops just a few minutes' walk away.

The fresh breakfast had something for everyone, with dishes continually replenished. Lunch and dinner were available à la carte, and they were flexible too. I liked seeing glass!! water jugs and glasses on every table. Excursion planning was excellent and tailored to us. The staff were courteous, friendly, capable, and helpful; the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the bed was cosy. A well-kept place with a charming host and a working service, where it felt easy to be at home. I'd love to return.

What stood out was the warm hospitality, with quick, professional service and a friendly team always ready to help. Hotel Crystal Palace was peaceful and conveniently located, and everything felt well organized. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious too. Thanks to the whole team for making the visit so enjoyable. I'd recommend it for a pleasant, comfortable stay and would gladly return.

A clean hotel in downtown Pokhara, popular with trekking tourists. There are many good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, some with balconies, and each has an attached private bathroom. The breakfast buffet is good, though the dining area feels cramped.

Hotel Crystal Palace made for a peaceful, memorable getaway. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is close by, so it was easy to explore and enjoy Nepal. If I come back to Nepal, I'd choose this place again. I wholeheartedly recommend it for its convenient location and lovely atmosphere.
