Hotel Ezen

We went without room cleaning for the few days we stayed, and dirt kept building up. The rooms feel neglected, with a moldy smell, and they're the same as six years ago, only more worn down. When it was cold and raining on arrival, we asked for extra blankets and a water heater. The heater was extremely dirty, and they said they don't provide extra blankets. Club 16 was another problem. People were arguing outside it around 4 or 5 every morning and waking us up.

There’s a hot shower and a kettle for hot water, and the rooms are good, spacious, and have balconies. It's very close to the Longest Bar and Club sixteen, so it's a good choice if you want to be near the clubs and cafes. We had a good experience.

The bed was so comfortable, with just the right firmness in the mattress and pillows, and the quilt was perfect. I ended up extending my stay because I fell in love with Pokhara. The staff were amazing and always ready to help. They'd remember my black tea and how I liked my egg each morning. On arrival, they upgraded me to a room overlooking the lake and ice-capped mountains. The hotel is clean and well secured. Breakfast is included, basic but just right. Thanks for the kindness and hospitality, Hotel Ezen. I highly recommend it.

I could see Annapurna South and Machapucchre clearly from the long balcony beside the rooms, which was so satisfying. The hotel is on 16th Street, about a 10-minute walk from Phewa lake, and the owner helped us book a Bus Shuttle Service to Sarangkot. We stayed four nights in affordable, clean rooms, and the washroom was clean with hot water in the shower. The owner was very polite and took care of our needs. If you're after an affordable, comfortable room, try staying here.
