Aditi at reception made a real difference during our stay. She was polite, professional, and always helpful, whether checking us in smoothly or sharing local information and handling other requests. Her warm smile and positive attitude made things more comfortable and memorable. The rest of the team were courteous and supportive as well, and service exceeded what I expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the hotel has a calm, welcoming atmosphere in a convenient location. I had a wonderful time here, would recommend it, and would love to return. Aditi at reception was warm, polite, and ready to help with a smile. She made check-in easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pleasant atmosphere, along with the stunning mountain view, made the stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for a peaceful visit. The bathroom ceiling had a small leak, and I hope management gets it fixed soon. A quick repair would make a noticeable difference. Otherwise, my two nights at Hotel Himalaya Inn were practical and good value for the price, with a clean, comfortable room and the basics covered for a short visit. I’d consider returning once the bathroom issue is resolved.

The rooms were clean, and the food was tasty. We were welcomed warmly by the receptionist, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had one of my best experiences at Hotel Himalayan, with great service and a comfortable atmosphere. ☺️☺️☺️☺️
