Hotel Lakestar had a calm, welcoming feel from the moment I crossed the lobby threshold. They were present when needed without hovering, remembered preferences, followed up sincerely on requests, and gave insider tips that made exploring locally more meaningful. Housekeeping kept the room in meticulous shape, and the concierge was helpful. The team combined warmth and polish in a way that felt refreshing.

About halfway through our trip, a group of chinese tourists was staying at the hotel too. Every morning, they'd bang their door as loudly as possible when they left, waking everyone up. We complained to the staff, who said they'd speak to them, but nothing ever changed. It's not a bad place to stay otherwise.

The first impression of the room wasn't good, but the staff responded quickly and the service was good. It's in a very good location, about a 10-minute walk from fewa lake. Breakfast had a decent choice, and the atmosphere was clean and peaceful. I'd visit again.
