The room was clean and spacious, though room service could be better. One frustrating extra was a 10% lake view charge even though you couldn't see the lake from your room. Be sure to negotiate the price beforehand, or they'll add charges like these on top of what you agreed.

Mr Sagar, the owner, was a helpful guide and caretaker, and the staff showed the best hospitality. They also offer pick-up and drop-off. The food was good, and lake view rooms are available.

The exterior and the view look impressive, but the rooms, which matter most, were the worst. The facilities weren't good, and the food wasn't that good either. I didn't like the hotel at all.

The kitchen, lobby, and rooms were pretty good and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for a couple of days this week, but the internet connection here is very, very poor.

The ambience is very pleasing, and the lake is just a five-minute walk away. From the rooftop you can see Annapurna if the weather is clear.
