The food and rooms were great, and I really liked the design and the views. The surroundings are lovely too, and the staff are friendly with really good hospitality. It is a bit expensive, but I felt it was worth the money. One of the best hotels in Pokhara.

The manager and staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. We also had a view of the lake.

The setting at red carpet is amazing, and the service was really good. Everyone was kind and helpful. I liked everything else, but the food wasn't worth the price. A pizza costs 900 nrs and didn't even taste good. I've been to few hotels I liked as much, and I'll definitely come back.

The rooms were nice and the price was reasonable. But they weren't maintained well, and the bed sheets need changing.

The location and the view were both five star, and the surroundings were lovely too. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, with even more on the AC condenser. Water mixed with the droppings ran from it onto the balcony, which looked awful. I couldn't enjoy the view from there. Please clean that area.
