The stay was really bad. The food was awful, water supply was unreliable, and there was no room service. The owner was especially rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. They quoted one price at first, then charged more at billing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a nice stay.

The hotel is good value and close to Pokhara's main attractions. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We left by 7 the next morning after a really stressful night. The manager, Badri Gautam, made fake promises about an extra bed, blankets, and water, and behaved more like a goon. We were charged 1400Rs for seven glasses, at 200 Rs each. It felt like the whole point was to loot tourists, so please stay away. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and ask every traveler not to trust agents, or you might end up in a hotel like this.

A guy came up and pulled at your hand near the bus park or other places. The manager was very rude, and I paid an extra nrs 1500 for a single day's bill. They seem like scammers in Pokhara, one of the worst hotels there.

This ROCK LAND HOTEL was a terrible experience. They said there'd be hot water, but I had to take a cold shower, and there wasn't even water in the toilet. If you book here, you could end up with a high bill. It's the worst.
