The coffee was amazing, and we really enjoyed the food too. The staff made us feel welcome and even decorated our room for my birthday, such a thoughtful surprise. Our room was clean, comfortable, and ready when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay, and we'd love to come back.

I didn't stay at this new hotel, but used the rooftop restaurant to catch up with an old school friend. It's near Amar Singh Chowk, on the way to Buddha Chowk. Even though it was July, usually rainy and cloudy in Pokhara, we were lucky enough to see the Annapurna Range. The rooftop is well worth it for that view, as my photos show. The staff were attentive, and the mint juice was good.

I've been staying here regularly since I first came to Pokhara in 2022. It's one of the better hotels in the city, with comfortable rooms named after popular places in nepal. During a three-day stay in January 2024, though, I found the room cleaning and decoration had gotten worse than the year before. Management also seemed to have declined, so I wanted to offer some advice for improvement.

There was no hot water. When we asked, they said it would come soon, but it never did. The furniture wasn't put together properly, and its sharp edges could cause a serious injury.
