Good spot along the way to Lakeside, and not too expensive. For a low-budget trip, this hotel works well, with a street view of Lakeside.

They kept our belongings safely at the counter after our flight was cancelled and we had to wait for a 7 pm bus instead of checking out at noon. That gave us extra time around the lakeside, and the location is perfect. The joint pork station also has good food and drinks. The service was amazing overall, though the sheets and pillowcases were a bit dirty. There’s no elevator, so be ready for the stairs. I’d definitely recommend it 👌

The chicken lollipops were the standout for me, full of flavor and cooked just right. Hotel Kotee Home also has a cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Pewa. I had a comfortable, enjoyable visit and can’t wait to return to this hidden gem.

The shower was good, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice too, but it still didn’t make the high price feel worthwhile. Our room was very small and had no view, and the bathroom was ridiculously cramped. Check prices online or show them to reception. They tried to charge us much more than the rates advertised online and the prices friends had told us.

Right in the centre of Lakeside, with easy access to all the busy spots and a terrace view I absolutely loved. The accommodation is decent and well priced, and the staff were really nice to us. Highly recommended!
