The lake view and service were the best I’ve had so far. Catwalk and the lakeside are both about a one-minute walk away, and for the price, it’s the best value around here. Highly recommended.

The phone didn’t work, and you could hear everything from other rooms since the rooms aren’t soundproof. If you’re sensitive to noise, sleeping here will be hard. The bathroom had an open window, which we covered with a cushion. At first things seemed great, but the bedsheets were so dirty I got a rash. I regret stopping in Pokhara. We were much better off in Ghandruk.

I went with my wife to book a room, but the staff member said there weren’t any rooms and seemed to be trying to get rid of us, even though rooms were available. A very bad experience. This hotel is totally racist.

We paid 2k and got nothing for it. The toilets were very dirty, not even cleaned properly, and the hospitality and customer service were awful.

The AC in our AC room wasn’t working, and the bathroom was disgusting, with a broken shower head, broken curtains, and a dirty bathtub. The service was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. Worst hotel in Pokhara.
