The food was fresh, tasty, and came on time, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Staff were generally polite and helpful, so most of my stay was pleasant. What bothered me was being charged extra for an old, worn tray that already looked poorly maintained. It didn’t seem fair to hold me responsible for it. The hotel should reconsider how it handles these kinds of charges to prevent misunderstandings. Apart from that, I enjoyed a comfortable stay, but more fairness with incidental fees would make this a much better place.

They added a fee for a “broken tray” that was already broken when I checked in. I didn’t think to report such a small item, but they used it to charge me anyway. It’s frustrating to be blamed for damage that was there from the start, and it feels like they’re passing maintenance costs on to guests. Photograph everything as soon as you arrive.

The chicken momo were good, but there was hardly any filling in them. The chicken Manchurian was really disappointing: there were only 3-4 pieces of chicken, with the rest being bell peppers. We’d specifically asked for it to be spicy and were fine with a sweet-and-sour taste, but the gravy was watery and only sweet.
