I really enjoyed my stay at Suva Hotel Surkhet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and the food and drinks were great. I was satisfied with everything except one staff member’s behavior. At checkout, I tried to return a beer we hadn’t managed to drink the night before. The male receptionist spoke rudely and disrespectfully in front of guests, telling the manager, “Ala return garna khojacha beer.” His tone was inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. The facilities and service are excellent, but the receptionist’s behavior spoiled what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. Management should take this seriously.

Located in Birendranagar, Surkhet, the headquarters of Karnali Province, this is a 4 Star hotel. Its food, beverages, and accommodation were satisfactory, and I found it better than other hotels. But it’s really only suitable for rich people.

The location felt like a peaceful oasis away from the busy surroundings, and the BBQ at night is something you have to try. The staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help, and the room was a cozy, luxurious haven. I loved the atmosphere, hotel, delicious food, and impeccable service. We’ll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Surkhet. Every visitor will fall in love with it. It was simply unbeatable and truly spectacular!

Hotel Suva is beautiful, and the room, food, lunch, dinner, breakfast, and bathroom were all very good.

The restaurant had a very good selection of food, and the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. The staff were kind and accommodating. We were invited to events held by the hotel; not everyone in our group joined, but they gave us a chance to experience a wonderful side of this beautiful country’s culture. I’m very grateful for our time here.
