I spent the last two weeks here, and it really felt like a home away from home. The building is an old Newari home, cosy, stylish, and authentic. It’s tucked down a quiet dead-end lane with little traffic, just a few minutes’ walk from Durbar Sq. The staff are very service-minded, and the small cafe serves excellent food from breakfast through dinner. I could eat everything here, even the salad! In the room, they provide a couple of water bottles each day and candles. There’s a fan and a small electric heater if needed. Thank you, Samun and all the staff members. You’re the best!

The rates were terrific value for money, and I’d happily stay here again. My two-day visit felt too short. The little hotel has been beautifully restored, with spotless rooms that are quaint and stylish, and the food is delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d strongly recommend it.

The breakfast is included and quite decent, so the deal feels like a steal. It’s a romantic hideaway right in the middle of Patan, and much nicer than the photos suggest. I stayed on the top floor. The rooftop terrace is just an empty roof, but the room itself is beautiful and feels like an apartment, with a little entry space for taking off your shoes. It’s spacious, with authentic design and heavy wooden furniture. There’s a very cute balcony, though watch your head, and a great shower room. The sink is a bit odd.

Patan Durbar Square is just a two-minute walk away, yet this place feels like an oasis in the busy area. I spent 10 days here in February 2024 and came back in 2025. The old building has been restored with great taste, the food is lovely, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and very nice. I love the homemade bread, and breakfast is available all day. Whether I’m staying overnight or just coming for a meal, I’ll keep coming back. I love this place!
