The hosts were what made our visit especially nice, so warm, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed something. We also had a spacious, clean room that was comfortable to come back to after exploring Tansen. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the location gave us lovely views with easy access to the town's charm. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

Dhabi and Janike were such friendly hosts, always happy to help and great company at dinner. Their buckwheat-millet pancakes were hard to beat, too. Horizon Homestay sits in the highest part of town, with lovely views across Tansen and the Palpa Valley from the breakfast and dining area. We had a lovely time there. All the best!

The host communicated very well and made room for our late evening arrival. We had a decent stay, with cozy rooms and a homely breakfast, plus excellent location and views. The balcony rooms had particularly good views. That said, the rooms needed more cleaning and pest treatment, as we saw some roaches in the ground floor rooms. The attached bathrooms downstairs need work too: no toilet flush and no toiletries. Overall, it was okay.

I got a lot done here as a digital nomad, and could even work from the balcony thanks to the excellent Wi-Fi and stunning views over Tansen. The host was warm, kind, and easy to talk with, and the local breakfast was delicious. Our room was very clean, and the balcony room was so lovely that I fell for it. A peaceful, comfortable spot in Tansen.

The family hosting the place were amazing and made delicious meals. My room was clean and had all the facilities I needed. I especially loved the five-star view from the balcony. It was quiet and relaxing, near the beautiful forest above and close to several sites. They made my stay in Tansen great. Thank you!
