Acapulco Resort Convention Spa Hotel

We were a group of 25 at Acapulco Hotel, and the staff made our stay feel easy and welcoming. They were kind, attentive, and dedicated, and Hilal was especially helpful and supportive as our guide. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the facilities were well cared for. We also loved the food, especially learning that the hotel makes its own cheese and meat from its farm. The quality and taste were excellent. Little cat houses around the grounds were a lovely sign of how much care they show animals. We hope to return.

The food has been a highlight of our football training camp at Acapulco Hotel. The hotel uses fresh meat and dairy from local Kendo farms, and both the quality and taste really stand out. It’s great to see local producers supported this way. We’re still here, and so far the whole camp has been very well organized, with excellent facilities for a professional training environment. We’re really enjoying the stay.

After a long flight, we were left waiting in the lobby for more than 5-6 hours without help or even basic hospitality. We’d booked through a travel agency, which had confirmed everything, but on arrival the hotel refused the booking and said it had no confirmation from the agency. The reception staff were dismissive and extremely rude instead of trying to sort it out. One receptionist was especially disrespectful, smiling sarcastically and unwilling to listen. That’s unacceptable treatment for paying guests. Our agency eventually found us a much better hotel, and we enjoyed the rest of our trip, but we’ll never return here. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place.

Hilal Hanım from TourPlus kept everything well organized, and the staff at Acapulco were friendly, smiling, and great at communicating with guests. Our group from Norway felt very welcome. Trying the fresh, high-quality milk products from Tarsan Farm was a special treat. Highly recommended.
