The home looked lovely in the pictures, but we arrived to find moldy dishes and a broken chair that had been tucked away as if it were fine. On our first night, family helped us bring in our luggage, and the owners charged us for every person who entered the home. We hadn’t known we could be charged even if someone, including a food delivery person, simply came to the door. If you’re visiting family or planning a social event or get-together, this isn’t the place for you. We also couldn’t relax with the feeling that we were being watched 24/7. The owners seemed to watch our every move and even had their neighbors spy on us. They wouldn’t let us use the deck outside to eat or play with the kids, even at the appropriate hours. Renting this house was our worst experience. Extended: I’m really not sure why the owners are lying, but I have a right to say my piece, whether or not they tell you the truth. I hope this helps people who are thinking of booking.

We booked this Air B&B for a dance group, but the owners wouldn’t let the dancers practice at the property, even after we explained that we were dancers and needed to rehearse. They also don’t allow guests. If someone happens to come to the door, you’ll be charged $50 PER person, so no Uber eats or pizza delivery unless you want to spend $50 more. The house was okay, except for moldy dishes in the dishwasher and a broken chair that had been put back together. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. And owners, we can write as many reviews as there were people you charged us for.

The owners watch your daily movements on the cameras, whether they admit it or not. We didn’t party there, despite what the owners claimed in their previous reply. When we “danced” on the front street, it was practice for our performance, which is why we were there in the first place. The worst part of our trip was staying at this oriana hell. I’d never rent from them again. And by the way, I’m an Hawaiian Air employee. What kind of business owner writes things like this about customers? You know we didn’t party at your house, and most of our occupants were teenagers, as you could see when you stalked us on the cameras. Karma will get yah. I’m writing this so nobody else falls for your price gouging. 🖕🏽

The place itself was great, so that’s not my complaint. We supposedly had been “partying,” but we never had a party at all. If we had, it would’ve been obvious on those cameras watching everywhere, 24/7.
