A week before my wedding, Kelsey cancelled the booking, saying The Designers Residence was double booked. I'd booked Kelsey Genna’s property seven months earlier for getting ready and spending our wedding night there. I never actually stayed. I couldn't get a clear explanation when I asked who had booked first or how the double booking happened, so I was left unsure whether it was dishonesty or greed. It was incredibly stressful and upsetting so close to the wedding. I wouldn't recommend staying with Kelsey or using the design services of someone so unreliable.

Finding this place was a bit of a treasure hunt, but it was superb once we got there. Spacious, nicely equipped and the decor is fantastic. Highly recommend!
