The visible stretch of water from Studio 16 was stunning, and the bay itself is beautiful. The studio was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and I liked having a Nespresso machine. Mark was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the discounted rate for the obstructed view, which we hadn't known about when booking, and the late checkout. The studio faces the driveway serving neighbouring units 20 and 21. People pass by throughout the day, so the view is partly blocked and privacy is limited. Natural landscaping would have felt less intrusive than the neighbour foot traffic, and we often kept the blinds closed for privacy. There's no air conditioning. The powerful fan helped in muggy weather, but it made the vertical blinds move and bang around. They also didn't fully block the bright lights from nearby units at night. Block-out curtains would make sleeping more comfortable. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay and the hospitality was excellent.

The hosts at reception were incredibly kind and welcoming, and easy beach access was a big bonus. We found everything cozy and relaxing. The villa had all the equipment we needed to cook our own meals, and the views were absolutely beautiful. We'd stay here again.

From its position above the bay, the villa gives you a 180 degree view, with the gentle surf sounds making it a soothing place for a break. Beaches are convenient to reach, and stores are only a short drive away. We had a fantastic stay at the Doubtless Bay Villas. The room and facilities were new, with well chosen amenities and some really nice sights and sounds. My wife especially liked the laser light show at bedtime. We heartily recommend it.

Mark and Jane were amazing hosts, accommodating and professional. Jane took time to show us around the villa and shared some great places to visit. Our family had an absolute blast here. The view is breathtaking, and it's super close to the beach and all the amenities. We'd highly recommend it to families with kids.
