The gentleman was really friendly and gave us good advice on where to get a meal when we stayed Saturday night for the Ed Sheeran concert. The rooms and beds were warm and very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back and stay again. Highly recommend this motel. Thank you.

There was mould in the shower, to be honest. Also, we left a shower gel and Clinique cleanser in the shower. When I rang back, they told me to check the car and luggage. We definitely left them there, but never got them back. Very disappointing, as our things should be safe.

Andrew the manager was so nice, and the service was great, including a free morning shuttle to the railway station. It’s within walking distance of Tower junction and its good restaurants, and the rates are cheap. Handy for catching the train in the morning and easy to reach by bus from the airport. Recommended!

We only stayed one night before catching the train to Greymouth the next day. The room was clean, comfortable and nice, and the owner was friendly and really helpful. They even drove my friend and me to Christchurch railway station, which we were very grateful for.

The location was ideal, but the service was very poor and it wasn't worth it. We stayed two nights with our son. On arrival, the bathroom had no clean towels, and there was mould or marks along the shower seals. Reception was empty and locked, so we had to use our own phones to call for someone and ask for towels. The mattress protectors were stained too.
