For the price, this was better than I expected and really good value. The room was very clean, and the amenities were well maintained. The host was friendly, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Cathedral Sq. The bed linen and bath amenities were good quality. In the room there was a kettle, cups and glasses, a microwave, instant tea and coffee, a small side table and a single couch.

The staff were the highlight, especially Silva, who went out of her way to courier my glasses to my next accommodation after I'd left them in the room. Thanks so much, Silva! It's a great-value, clean, modern hotel on the edge of the CBD, arranged around a lovely courtyard. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
