Coromandel Apartments Ltd

Our host Rhonda was so friendly and shared a few ideas for things to do. The unit was the most comfortable place we’ve stayed, with a beautifully arranged, spacious kitchen and lounge. The bathroom had plenty of room and a great shower, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. First-class facilities all round. We’d stay again if we’re back this way.

We had a great night in unit 1 while visiting Coromandel. The location made it easy to walk to the shops, cafes, and grocery store, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The clean, cosy one-bedroom unit was really cute and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The bed was comfortable, and there was room to park up to two cars behind the unit. We’d happily stay here again.

We stayed in Lavender apartment 1 and loved it. The shower was great, and the apartment was beautifully presented, with an easy walk into the Coromandal CBD. The parking space suited our normal-size car, though we had to do a bit of an Austin Powers manoeuvre to get it in. We visited in midsummer and were glad to have air conditioning. There’s a grocery store just down the road, so no need to worry about finding one. It would suit a couple or a family of one.

The bathroom was one of the best we had during our stay in New Zealand, and the room had handy extras like DVDs and books. The room and its location in town were both great. The only letdown was that it wasn’t serviced. I emailed to ask when that would happen and was told it would, and the room guide also said the service was included, so we expected it.
